The assessment identifies vulnerabilities based on three specific criteria: inadequate levels of pay, insecure employment conditions, and a lack of fundamental workplace rights.
Data from the Eurofound report indicates that Spain currently ranks highest among EU member states for the number of vulnerable positions. The analysis highlights that these roles fail to meet standard requirements for stability and fair remuneration, underscoring significant disparities in labour quality across the bloc.
