Many of the Alternative for Germany party's headline proposals for Saxony-Anhalt are either unconstitutional or beyond the authority of a state government, according to lawyer and political scientist Joschka Selinger. Speaking in an interview with The Local, Selinger unpacked what policies are actually possible for the party to implement.
